Our dog treats come from BrewBix and are carbon-neutral and vegan.
Ingredients: Brewers' Spent Grain, Brewers' Yeast, Wholemeal Flour, Flaxseed, Peanut Butter

Our cat treats are the Gnashers Cat Dental Treats from B-Corp Scrumbles.
Ingredients: Chicken 50% (Dehydrated chicken 40%, Chicken Liver 5%, Chicken Fat 5%), Peas, Sweet Potato, Slippery Elm (0.1%), Sodium Hexametaphosphate (0.1%).

For health + hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on grooming products or used toys.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch by email or via our contact page within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unopened condition and in the original packaging. All original labels must be attached. We are unable to refund any items that have been used or opened.

It is the responsibility of the person returning any item to choose and pay for a suitable courier and ensure the items are fully insured and tracked. We are unable to accept any responsibility or costs for items that do not arrive safely, undamaged and correctly back with us. We are unable to refund any costs if paid for the initial shipping.

In the unlikely event of receiving any damaged items, please contact us by email at hello@frillpetandhome.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving with photos.

We do extensive research into what ingredients are safe for dogs and always test on ourselves first.

The first pups in line to try out all our products are our three Pekingese and one Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Our products are made in small batches and are 100% vegan. We will never use paraffin wax, SLS or palm oil. We research our ingredients extensively making sure we can source the best for pet and planet, such as our food-grade unrefined, organic shea butter is sourced at a fair price from a women’s co-op in Ghana. Due to the nature of using natural ingredients, please note, appearance may change over time.

Our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from recycled materials where possible. The one exception is our spray nozzles for Home Mist, to offset this, we donate all money made from sales of it to SEA LIFE Trust to remove plastic from the oceans.

Any tissue paper or bubble wrap we may use to pack orders (such as fragile ceramics) is currently re-used.

Our ceramics are hand built ceramics made by IRH.STUDIO with reclaimed clay and food-safe glazes. We use reclaimed clay so as to use less raw materials and virtually no clay goes to waste. For instance, all of the carved bits from our dog bowls get soaked in water and then dried back out to make usable clay again and again.

Dog bowls made ship separately from the rest of your order, if that will keep them safer in transit.
